At Elite, we understand the importance of embedding this knowledge through multiple mediums
which is why we will continue to integrate and expand upon current practice methods through:
Coach- psychoeducation workshops
Embedded practice within coaching sessions
Regular infographics and posters – through social media
Pe Pro-based PowerPoints – for wet weather or extra-curricular lessons (teachers and
children)
Charity-led sessions outside of school
At Elite, it always has been and always will be more than just PE. Using physical education as an
opportunity to engage pupils in such content will provide them with the knowledge and means to
feel more confident in themselves.
The most important aim for us is to expand children’s awareness of such topics so that they feel
suitably equipped to reframe and subsequently maximise their health and wellbeing as they journey
upwards from academia and beyond.
