We believe passionately about giving children the freedom to express themselves and enjoy their pe lessons whilst learning at the same time. To achieve this, we ensure that every session is different, fun with a learning outcome. We create an environment, which encourages children to develop and grow in confidence. Our coaches aim to inspire the next generation and raise PE standards to help every child achieve their full potential by using our holistic approach to sports coaching.

Not only do we offer sports specific based PE sessions, but we also offer functional fitness or multi-skill based sessions that focus on developing the children’s fitness and key skills, such as balance and hand-eye coordination.

– Our Fitness Programme –
Functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that children need to do when they play; pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift & jump. All of these movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our coaches.
All elite kids coaching fitness programme’s involve various elements including cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance & accuracy. With workouts that are scalable, elite kids coaching can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
Our breakfast, lunchtime and after school clubs offer a great opportunity for children to participate in extra sporting activities. The benefits to your school include having the provision in place to help parents balance their work and family commitments whilst providing children with a broader range of sporting activities that encourage a healthier lifestyle.
